Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Core business
By 2024, two thirds of our assets under management in the areas of pensions, strategy funds, investment advisory plus and electronic asset management are positioned more sustainably compared to the benchmark index in terms of MSCI ESG Fund Rating and carbon footprint.

Internal operations
By 2030, we are Net Zero (Scopes 1 & 2), and we set a Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validated goal for Scope 3 by end 2023*.
* By 2040, we are Net Zero (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) as part of the Swiss Post group.

By 2024, we ensure a better gender balance with at least one third of each gender represented at all management levels*.

PostFinance AG operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of PostFinance AG in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
