To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.
Gammadia SA
Since 1994, Gammadia has been developing and distributing innovative web applications (tipee.ch, dsi, mooncare.ch) to SMEs, public authorities and social institutions.
Sensitive to its environmental impact, Gammadia aims at a sustainable economic model, notably by locating its activities exclusively in Switzerland, in the respect of its collaborators and of the surrounding community.

By 2028, we facilitate dual training for apprentices at 25 % of training companies in French-speaking Switzerland, compared to 1.5 % in 2022, by providing them with free tools to facilitate the daily monitoring of apprentices.

By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 50 % (Scopes 1, 2 & 3), compared to 2021*.

By 2028, we cover 50 % of our qualified personnel needs (i.e. the creation of positions) through our internal training programmes and our partnerships with professional schools, compared to 0 % in 2022*.

By 2028, we achieve a better gender balance with an average of 35 % women in the company, compared to 22.8% in 2022*.

Scope of Pledges:
Gammadia SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of Gammadia SA in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
