To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Goal 1
Core business
By 2030, we increase the share of certified recycled metals in our industrial production to over 90 % compared with an average of 60 % in 2022, in collaboration with our partners*.
* Non-precious metal bars accounting for 80 % of our global core business emissions. With 100 % of our precious metal supply already sourced from a short circuit within a 50km radius and a circular economy, where our metal shavings are re-processed into fully reused round bars.
Goal 2
Internal operations
By 2025, we cover more than 20 % of our electricity needs through the installation of solar panels at our production site and replace 100 % of our oil heating energy production with a water/water heat pump.
Goal 3
Internal operations
By 2024, we increase the job satisfaction rate of all our employees to more than 80 % compared to 2022, by obtaining the Great Place to Work® certification*.
* National certification based on the well-being at work of employees through an anonymous annual satisfaction questionnaire.

Scope of Pledges:
Cyberis SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of Cyberis SA in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
