Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.
Cendres+Métaux Holding SA
Cendres+Métaux counts more than 450 employees and is active in the business fields of dental and medical technology, as well as in watchmaking and industry. As a supplier to the watchmaking industry, we specialise in the micromechanical production of metal parts from high-quality materials and in their surface finishing. In addition, we produce precision parts for medical technology.

* Precious metal processing already in place according to the principles of a circular economy where waste isn’t produced in the first place. Yearly investment in innovative technologies for the sustainable manufacture of watchmaking and Medtech products.

By 2025, we increase our employee satisfaction at work to 80 % and are Great Place To Work®-certified*.
* Employee wellbeing survey in 2021 conducted by Great Place To Work®. Equal pay already achieved through the L&M-Aba-R® and the Collective Labour Agreement of the Swiss watchmaking and microtechnology industry.

By 2030, we are carbon neutral (Scopes 1 & 2) and commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

By 2027, our main suppliers (by spend) comply with our Code of Conduct*.

Cendres+Métaux operates in Switzerland. The Cendres+Métaux group of companies is represented by Cendres+Métaux Holding SA. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of Cendres+Métaux Holding SA in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
