By 2030, we reduce our hazardous chemical waste containing heavy metals to 20%, compared to 80% in 2022, by recycling and reclaiming it to reduce the amount extracted and landfilled, and we publish interim results of the process annually, benefiting the entire metal processing industry*. 

* Including metal polishing residues. Studies and methods are underway, and details of the quantities of recyclable waste will be known after the characterisation period requiring several thousand ICP laboratory analyses.

By 2025, we share our ESG training materials with the top 20 of our customers and the top 10 of our suppliers, and we proactively support them bilaterally in adopting good ESG practices* . 

* This includes training and awareness-raising for our partners' staff. Evaluation of impact measures and survey carried out by a specialised third-party organisation, mainly addressing the themes of the environment, ethics and occupational health and safety. The top 20 of our customers representing 80 % of our sales, and the top 10 of our suppliers representing 80 % of our expenditure on raw material purchases.

By 2024, we train 100 % of our staff in ESG issues, integrating the SDGs into their professional and private lives*. 

* Training courses of at least 2 days a year covering such topics as good environmental practice in chemicals, employee well-being (ergonomics, detection of individual problems and provision of support by HR, handling of any cases of mobbing and sexual harassment), communication, etc.
