By 2025, we ensure that 100 % of our precious materials come from traceable and responsible sources by achieving Chain of Custody (CoC) certification from the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), compared to no CoC certification covering our precious metals in 2022*. 


* Annual surveillance audits carried out as part of the application of the supplier code of conduct.

By 2025, we increase the job satisfaction rate of all our employees to over 80 %, compared with 69 % in 2023, and obtain the Great Place to Work® certification*. 


* National certification based on the well-being of employees at work through an anonymous annual satisfaction questionnaire.

By 2025, we achieve equal treatment for all employees and apply predefined salary scales by function within the company, with aim of obtaining Equal Salary certification in the long run.
