By 2030, we increase the share of recycled metals in our industrial parts by 15 % and our share of purchases from responsible raw material suppliers by 80 %, compared with 2021*. 

* Responsible material being either a fully recycled material or produced via a process that uses less energy than standard materials and does not use any fossil energy.

By 2025, we transform our 5 largest production sites into biodiversity areas, compared with 2021*. 

* By increasing the number of species present on the sites, enriching the range of plant species and improving the hosting potential for fauna. Based on an initial inventory for each production site, carried out by the France Nature Environnement association for the French, Swiss and Polish sites.

By 2025, we increase our overall workplace psychosocial risk assessment score by 10 points, compared with 2023*. 

* Via the Moodwork application, through targeted site-specific measures. The study mainly takes into account absenteeism, management, quality of life at work, workload, team cohesion, corporate health management and accidents.

By 2025, we reduce our energy consumption by 10% based on 21.4 Wh per piece produced in 2021*. 

* Implementing all possible measures to supply renewable energy (photovoltaic panels where possible) via green energy certificates, and to reduce consumption.

By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 15 % (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) compared with 2021, and we commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
