To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

Goal 1
Core business
By 2025, 10 % of our annual turnover from strategy mandates comes from sustainability-related projects, compared with none in 2022, with the long-term objective of integrating sustainability into every new mandate*.
* In particular, we support 5 companies to publish their commitments in the STI Directory and/or to obtain the B Corp certification. By sustainability projects, we mean strategic projects aimed at improving the ecological, social and/or economic impact of our corporate clients.
Goal 2
Internal operations
By 2025, we guarantee equal representation of men and women on all our governance bodies (advisory board and board of directors) and among all our consultants by 2030, compared with 26% of women in 2022.
Goal 3
Internal operations
By 2025, all our employees undergo at least one training course per year, either professional or of personal interest, to ensure their employability and well-being*.
* Representing an average of 20 hours of training per year for each employee.
Goal 4

By 2025, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 5 % (Scopes 1 & 2) compared with no reduction in 2022, and by 2024, we commit to the SME Climate Commitment initiative*.

By 2026, we reduce the carbon footprint of commuting by 30 %, compared with no reduction in 2022*.
* 40 % of commuter journeys are from individual motorised transport in 2022.
Umfang der Ziele
M&BD Consulting SA operates mainly in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of M&BD Consulting SA in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
