To create systemic change, we advocate for a new policy framework that recognizes and incentivizes sustainable companies in Switzerland. Therefore we launched a Manifesto for the Recognition of Sustainable Enterprises. We call on all Swiss decision-makers to support our initiative and sign the manifesto.

By 2025, we apply environmental and social sustainability criteria in all procurement projects in which we accompany our clients, compared with 10 % of projects in 2022*.
* We apply environmental and social criteria consistent with the Agenda 2030 framework and the SDGs whenever possible.

By 2026, we integrate sustainability into all of our advisory services, from proposal to service delivery and evaluation, compared to the beginning of 2022, where this is not the case in any of our advisory services.

Internal operations
By 2025, we contribute with our proposals to the further development of the sustainable industry standards and labor practices in at least 2 committees in project management and public procurement*.

Supply chain
By 2026, we commit to share SDG-related development goals with 6 of our key suppliers and support them in their implementation*.
* Meaning our 6 most important suppliers by spend. Shared development goals based on the 2030 Agenda to increase positive social and environmental impacts in the Swiss economy.

Internal operations
By 2025, our career development opportunities, working conditions and fair treatment are rated with a satisfaction rate of over 80 %, regardless of gender, as measured by a Great Place to Work® employee internal survey*.

The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
